REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
All deposits made here on my site are NONREFUNDABLE. Only in the event that I cannot provide the service, the customer will be contacted and refunded. If a client needs to cancel, please inform me at least 24 hours in advance. No call, no shows will be BANNED from booking. Reshedules are only allowed once, after that a new deposit will be required.

NO EXTRA GUEST are allowed, unless being serviced.
 
ALL Sunday appointments must be booked under "Sunday Glam." 
If you do not choose this service upon booking on a
Sunday, the price will still be reflected.

LATE POLICY
If you are 5 minutes late, $5 will be added to your total.
If you are 10 minutes late, $10 will be added.
If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be CANCELLED.
This policy is strictly enforced.

upon booking, and again, in a confirmation text
